#44: Exploring Intuition & Creativity with Gwyneth Flack
What if intuition and creativity were the keys to remembering who you truly are?
In this episode, we sit down with Gwyneth Flack, transformational teacher and author of Limitless: Transform Your Life With Intuition and Creativity, to explore how intuition, creativity, and consciousness shape the human experience.
After a near-death experience at age four, Gwyneth began seeing life through a very different lens, one that challenged the idea that we are only our bodies or identities. Together, we dive into the “terrible twos,” spiritual awakening, creativity as a healing force, and how intuition can guide us toward purpose, joy, and a deeper connection with ourselves.
This conversation explores what happens when we stop living purely from conditioning, and start listening to the deeper wisdom already within us.
Topics We Explore:
- Gwyneth’s near-death experience at age four
- The deeper meaning behind the “terrible twos”
- Intuition vs. intellect and learning to trust yourself
- Creativity as a pathway to healing and purpose
- Energy, emotional awareness, and spiritual growth
- Why joy is often a sign of alignment

Episode Transcript:
Hi everyone and welcome back to the Viking Academy podcast. I'm your host Eric the Viking Soulback. Hey, this week we have Gwyneth Flack on the podcast and she's the author of a book called Limitless Transform Your Life with Intuition with Intuition and Creativity and this was an incredible conversation I had with her. You know, when she was four, she had a near-death experience and it basically opened her eyes to exactly what was going on in life, in her life, and and what our experience is actually having here on Earth. Um, we also talk about what happens for uh kids in terrible twos. There was a big aha about the terrible twos, which made me appreciate kids a lot more. I just landed off a plane ride uh from Palm Springs and this 2-year-old was losing his on the airplane and all of a sudden I'm like I'm looking back on it and I have a a much better appreciation after talking to Gwyneth about exactly why the kid was having a freak and a meltdown. So any of you who have children or have young children will really appreciate this podcast. We talked about how intuition and creativity really is something that once you hone into it really guides you. It's your divining rod towards your purpose in life. I know it is for me and I had a bunch of other uh wakeups inside this podcast that I don't want to talk about right now. I'd rather have you listen to the podcast to hear exactly what those were. But until let me see until I come and trip over more words. Let's just get to the podcast, shall we? Let's go explore.
Welcome to the podcast, Gwyneth. Thank you. It's great to be here.
We were just lamenting on uh travel. I was just literally just showed up into the studio here to record this like within the last couple minutes cuz I was late flying in from Palm Springs. Uh, it's been it's been nutty. It's been nutty in the air so far. Like I do a lot of flying and it has been crazy.
Yeah. Right now it is crazy flying.
That's I mean I haven't flown since December, but that's what I hear right now on the news. It's nutty.
Yeah, totally nutty. But uh you know what? We still have the uh we still get to fly. So I like that. I like flying. I like flying. So speaking of flying, um that we we just were again we were trying to figure out where we connected.
So, your publisher reached out to me and your book that you have is Limitless. Yes, exactly. Limitless.
Talk to me about Limitless because I'm I'm I'm all over that.
Yeah. Limitless. Transform your life with intuition and creativity. That's the full title and because really we are limitless beings. And when we experience being limitless, that's really, you know, when we're feeling joyful, I think when we're feeling joyful, that's kind of a sign that for a moment, even if it's just a moment of joy, that we might be experiencing some of that limitlessness that we really are, you know, that's beyond just the body level of being here.
So that's all of a sudden I'm like want to jump dive right down into the deep end of the pool here.
Why do we not know that?
Because we come into this well I mean we're born into duality to begin with, right? This this whole game here on the planet is duality. And so we come in in the oneness really that we are that we all are. we come in as a as an infant. I mean, anybody that's held an infant in their arms really has an experience of that.
Whether it's your child or whether you're holding, you know, just this sort of maybe 3-w weekek old little baby, you hold that baby in your arms and it really is an experience of tuning into that oneness, I I would say.
But then it's not long after we're born, you know, I I like to say it's when we're two, we hit tuness. And what is tuness? It's, you know, that's that's that is often when you see little kids start to throw fits and really they hit the quote unquote terrible twos. But it's like I I do actually think it's the experience of a young child hitting that duality and and realizing, oh, okay, there's something else going on here because we start out in this this beautiful space of oneness. But that's also really why we're here. We're here really in a lot of ways to experience how to navigate um and how to remember that oneness even though we're living in this crazy crazier than ever duality. We're living in this this whole game on the planet that we're trying to to navigate. And the more we come back to remembering who we are that's beyond just that that body level. But the problem is is we come in like in kindergarten in first grade the focus just becomes on the the body level learning which we know is important. I mean the intellect is important but it's not the only thing. So it's like we come in in first grade, kindergarten, whatever. We get rewarded just for our thinking and our analyzing and our intellectual capabilities. And we get looked at and viewed and related with as just the body, just what's developmentally pro appropriate, let's say, for, you know, for a for a kindergarten person, for a first grade, for a second grade, third grade. But then we're also put into this high level of competition even when we're little. And so it really throws us off.
We forget, we just overbuild that part of ourselves and we forget um our the intuitive part of ourselves or whatever you want to call it, our soul guidance. We we also forget our creativity and we and those two things really come together in many ways too. So that's like our starting point. So yeah, it's really easy to move away from that experience of experiencing for ourselves our our limitlessness.
You you said something there that um really resonated all of a sudden. I was like, "Wait a second. Terrible twos." Because everybody knows if anybody's got kids, they know that we talked about that you've you've got your daughter.
How old is she? You said she's 17 now. She's in terrible 17 now.
They're terrible 17s. No. So yeah. So my I've got three kids and so I've been through the terrible twos three times and I've also had friends that have kids and I'm like going that makes way more sense to me now when I can reframe it that way when you see a child have and like we were on the plane we're right back to from Palm Springs like I literally just showed up a few minutes ago because of the delays in in the air traffic control and all that fun shite.
Anyways, this kid was losing it on the plane. Like, and it wasn't anger. It wasn't upset. It wasn't her hearing. It was like just having a good temper tantrum. A good two-year-old temper tantrum. And I went, you know, I said, and I said it out loud just so everybody could It kind of breaks the tension. I said, "You haven't really lived unless your kid until your kids had a temper tantrum on a plane." And everybody kind of chuckled, right? Because everybody knew. Yeah. Right.
But when you see it through the light of what you just said is that when we come in because I see these babies born and I see their wild eyes and I'm looking around go, "Wow, this place amazing." And I'm looking at them going, "Yeah, wild, isn't it?" Looking around, looking around. And then we hit the twos and we get we get gnarly and pissed off and throw temper tantrums. You're saying that's because that's when the reality of shall we call it the dual the reality of duality has hits us is in our twos. I that's how I see it. Yeah, that's what I've observed. Um and I think that's really frustrating because also there's an awareness of not being fully seen too because if you come in in oneness, you're coming in with some let's say much deeper levels of wisdom.
You're not just starting out as just this this meat sack, you know what I mean? That has no knowledge. You have no You're starting out without the thinking mind. Yeah. Without the intellectual part of yourself. That part you're building, but you're coming in with wisdom, but you're not necessarily getting a hello um a I see you from the world around you. you're just kind of being, you know, h you go over here and you do this and you eat this and hey, you know, you're feeling frustrated. Find your words. You know what I mean? But they and they and kids don't kids don't have words to describe like what is happening. What is this wacky world around me? Um, hey, maybe this isn't what I signed up for. Oh, wait. It was, you know, something like that. But yeah, I do. That's really the frustration.
There's a frustration level. Um, but I I do think that it makes it easier on a child if the parent is seeing or even postulating like, "Wow, maybe this child is more than just the body. Maybe they have deeper wisdom in them. Maybe they have a consciousness that's that's more than what's just showing on the outside because I think a child will pick up on that if the if the parent is observing them or thinking about that even you know on that on that level. Well, you're also assuming that that has a presupposition that the parent is aware aware of their own oneness and their own connection to divinity and able to see it, you know. Um, it's it's it's curious. It's so it this theme that I've seen happen over and over again where it's like we come in awake, then we fall asleep, then we wake up again. Do you know what I mean? Like so it's just you're coming in fully aware going yeah okay wow this is great and then you're as a kid you're looking around going baby you're going wow look at this place it's incredible it's amazing there's other beings and what the hell this is incredible what a playground and then all of a sudden that open and that child wonderess gets layered upon layer of conditioning and you know I'm I'm I've got a psychology degree so I always know about positive negative reinforcement all the things that have just layered upon layered upon layered have hit us and then you forget who and what you are to try and fit into this space and then I'm finding that as later on in life that's when you start I I find more people break out even later in life because then they have this they have this awake period then they fall asleep or get conditioned and then eventually when you get older it's kind of like you go you know this I'm not doing this anymore like I and there's got to be more to it and then it's like the movement towards awakening again like to reawaken so to speak. That's what my experience has been anyways.
Absolutely. I mean I've I've seen that with so many people. You gain some life experience. You go out, you have a bunch of experiences and maybe you fulfill some of the things that you were told would be fulfilling. You were instructed. You you followed some of those instructions given to you. Hey, you know this is what you should do.
This is how you should make money. This is how you should live. Uh if you get this degree then da da and you know you follow these formulas maybe that are given consciously and subconsciously both for for happiness or fulfillment and then mo most of the time most people hit a certain point. Well, I certainly not everybody hits that point, but there's a group of people, more and more people, an expanding group of people, I would say, that hit that point where they go, "Whoa, this isn't fulfilling.
What What is going on here? Who am I?
What am I here for? Is this really all there is? And what's really going on here in this thing that we call life?" And so I do think it takes some experience and some sort of burning through different options, you know, like, okay, I did that, been there, done that, got the t-shirt, now what? Um, and then you run out of now whats. And and it depends, you know, the ages like different stages and ages that people uh hit or they they hit sometimes they hit rock bottom too, you know, in their life like things get really bad like with drugs or whatever it might be or or a divorce or something like that and that just that something brings them to a breaking point or they lose their big career that they created, you know, the whole business falls apart, something like that. So you hear stories like that too that bring people to a point of like okay I surrender it's not working and I can't keep running you know because we have also this inclination as humans to leave you know Elvis has left the building you know like where we just when things are rough we we leave instead of staying instead of staying with ourselves if you will you know if that if that makes sense. So I'm curious. So we've we've come we've been talking around kind of like the general understanding of that. I'm curious on for yourself what is what has been you know because you just described my experience because you know I'm a recovered alcoholic like it's 18 years 18 years ago I hit rock bottom boom explosion and then it was a complete surrender and since then I've been seeking a higher power actively working and seeking a higher power and and and uh the exponential growth of that has happened especially in the last couple years with the advent of the Viking academy and this exploration Um it's just it's accelerating my exploration is accelerating and my knowledge my understanding and the awakening is accelerating in me.
But for yourself how did what tell me Gwyneth's story is that's what I want to hear. I want to hear your your because and then we'll kind of bring ourselves back up to the present moment in terms of what you're doing to help people today and then we'll go a little bit deeper into the book. But I want to kind of do a little more of a tell me about the past. What brought you to here?
Yeah. Well, I I I mean, I guess it all started when I was four and I had a near-death experience.
And that really was very validating to me. It sounds like a funny thing to say, but it was like a celebration. It was like a commitment ceremony that yes, I want to be here and yes, I am more than just how the world sees me from the outside. Um, and so when I had that experience, I was just I had this just this awareness of just being aware and that I had a body, but that I wasn't just the body. And so that really and so I had that experience and sure it left me with a little bit of you know PTSD that I had to work through which also was really interesting too because that helped me to kind of understand how trauma you know lives in the body and then so because I had that near-death experience at a young age and prior to that I had actually been walking around going, you know, is the cosmic joke on me? Is this all there is?
Do you remember Do you actually remember prior prior to age four knowing that?
Yeah, I do. I I remember feeling like a a teenager and um it was kind I I remember actually feeling embarrassed um when when I would be out in public and adults would talk to me, but they would talk down to me. Like they would be like, "How are you? Oh, aren't you cute?
And I remember internally thinking cute.
I'm not cute. I'm, you know, I'm a fully developed person. That's how I that's how I saw it. I, you know, it was like I felt like I some somehow had the body of a 17-year-old when I was four.
So, and so to me, but what it really was was the that I was seeing people for more than just the body. I was seeing them on that what I would call like a spirit spirit spirit to spirit level or a soul level consciousness level. I was seeing them like that and they were treating me back like I was just a body and that wasn't their fault. Nobody was doing anything wrong. Of course, it was just it's just the way the world is. So then when I had that experience of um that I was not just a body um it was what and what happened?
Oh well I just I was stung by a bee and I I had anaphylaxia. So um you know where your breathing shuts down really fast. So I got um my mom fortunately found me. I was outside. My mom and my sister found me. They got me to the hospital of course cuz I'm sitting here.
Or they got me to the hospital um in time to get an adrenaline injection because you're brea otherwise you you have a very short period of time um before your breathing totally shuts down. So, you know, I had that cl what I would call classic out of body experience where I was up in the corner of the room and I was looking down at my body going, "Oh, my body is suffering.
My body's not okay." And there's and people are feeling fear and you know, but actually I'm okay. I'm just observing my body and I'm okay and I bring life to my body. So it was totally experiential in that realization that oh I bring life to my body. It's it's not you know just the the body. Um and so and the body body by itself is insensient. Yeah. To speak.
Yeah. Yeah. I mean that I was the awareness. Yeah.
And and so so that that essentially went into my back pocket if you will. So then I was growing and I was um not thinking of myself as somebody who was intuitive or I I didn't even think that much about the near-death experience. To me, it wasn't any big deal really cuz when you're four and you have that outof body experience, you actually think about it like doesn't everybody know? Oh, it becomes normalized and Yeah.
Right. So it was normal. It wasn't until I reflected on it later. Oh, that's an that was actually a very um helpful experience for me that showed me something that I could personally experience and um so that so then of course like any kid I sort of drifted away from all of that. Um and even though I was very intuitive I was very intuitive child I was always just tuned into what was going on with people. It was really easy to see what was going on with people. suffering that was going on and what they how they're presenting on the outside and then who they really were on the inside. That was all normal to me. Just like eating a peanut butter sandwich or, you know, going going skiing or whatever. To me, it was all the same. I didn't realize that that that was being intuitive. That was just being me.
Um because when you're a kid, that's just how you think, right? You're not putting it together. you're just being yourself, whatever that is. And so later on after I sort of drifted away from the spiritual stuff and was focused on other things, then I started to really get interested in it again and take classes.
And then I How old were you when you did that?
I guess when I was in my mid20s, I started to take some classes and get some some healing training. I mean like like I was doing I when I was 20 20 you know 25 or something I was doing raiki and things like that.
So post post university so or post high school. So it's post shall we call it this outside of the social kind of that once you leave high school that's your your first kind of social ring or net of people that you're kind of with. And then you when you break out from there is when you really start to figure out who who you are.
Oh for sure. Because I mean high school that's just all about the body and at least it was when I was in high school, you know, everybody was just ego play. It's big ego play. Yes. Yeah. It's just a mess really.
Even if you meet some awesome people and things like that, but yeah, definitely.
Um, so yeah, when I got out of college, I got to a certain point because really when we get to a certain point, we start to connect more with our higher self.
Um, really when we're 21, we start to get that that higher self part of our self tends to connect in more. And um but then a lot of times it's not till we get a lot of for a lot of people it's not till we get in our 30s that things start to really rock and roll as far as somebody's interest in growth. But yeah, so I was taking a bunch of classes. I went deeper. I you know had a great teacher. He passed away um not that long ago. I took classes with him forever.
And then I um people just asked me to teach them because I was just taking classes for myself because I loved it. I just loved the spiritual growth and I loved what it was doing for me. It was just so refreshing and it was just such a relief to um be letting go of it was really helping me to let go of a lot of the weight of the world that I've been carrying around my whole life. Helping because of your intuition and you there because you can pick up on on the energies of everybody. So, you didn't realize you were actually carrying everything.
Yeah. Oh, yeah. And I was carrying a huge load of energy and um because I mean really that's a starting point just starting to let go of what you've picked up and carried from all the way from your family to your schooling environment and your college environment and whatever your professional training is. When you start to let go of that, it really frees up your space so that you can actually look around and start to have tap into more of your your own awareness versus like looking through all the filters and all the looking through all the debris. you know, like we just carry around so much debris that we're kind of trying to look through all these different identities or these different um you know, energy that we pick up watching the news, energy from past experiences. When we start to just let that go and have a way to become more grounded and release that, it's it's really a a whole reboot. And then you start to get in touch with, wow, this is fun. This is joyful. I mean, spiritual work can be, you know, it's not always easy, but at the same time, it's way easier than just trying to live in the world, you know, without any tools. Um, I think we all need tools to to be able to manage the crazy energy of the world.
So, okay. So, so you had the near-death experience when you were four, went away from it, then started coming back in in your 20s. It's interesting you said that when you're in your 20s or in your 30s, that's when you we start tap we start honing in again on our spiritual nature.
But I don't see I don't see everybody being that way. Do you know what I mean?
Like not everyone is tapped in connected even though um even in the last little while I've really noticed when I look at people I go I can see I see them but I see more not who they are because who they are is so deep in like it's so hidden in behind these layers of the the um the person they're playing the part they're playing and all the damage and debris that's in front of it. I don't I very rarely meet someone and talk to them if that makes sense because I realize I'm talking to in most cases I'm talking to the debris or the or the co the the the programming that's what Tammy Grantham um uh tells me about that she talks about the programming which I like I'm also a behavioral psychologist so I think about conditioning but it's like programming conditioning it's like this accumulation of stuff that really isn't the person right Right.
Exactly. It's the veneer. It's what we we learn to survive. And sometimes the programming is so strong that, you know, a person has a really hard time getting there to to dive into the inner work or to start to to let go of it. So, it's really personto person. I mean, everyone's just in a different, you know, people have different purposes for being here. I think sometimes people are just having a lifetime where they're not really they're not going to go down that route of growth, let's say. They're they're their focus is on another path.
O, it's like it's different from person to person because some people would go there if they could break free of the programming and the programming is so strong from either their culture or, you know, a relationship that they're in.
Sometimes people can't grow because the relationship that they're in then would break apart. Um there's so many reasons, you know, or it's their work culture that they're in. You know, if they grow, then they're going to leave their job.
Yeah. And so it can be really deep levels going on that keep somebody from being able to show up to do the work, to do that work that really ultimately brings a lot of joy, brings a lot of expansion to your life and creativity, all these great things, but there's there's a lot there that can keep I see it all the time. people on the fence signing up, you know, because I've been teaching for 20 years and, you know, people on the fence and you're like, I don't know. Are they going to be able to sign up and show up or are they going to go sign up for a flower arranging class?
You know, are they going to do the work or are they going to just go no, I'm just going to go I'm gonna bypass it and I'm not going to go there.
And there's so much fear. There's so much messaging in the world to not do that, too. So, you're you're working on that. There's so much resistance to growth because then what? The game's up.
When you grow, when you expand, when you become more aware, then all those ways that you've been held back start to literally fall apart, disappear. and and then what you know because um of course that's ideal but the game that's been on the planet for so long is you know be a good worker be and do this and do this and you know don't grow and don't expand and don't look around and don't be aware don't see what's going on all that and so it's kind of like a little it's like a way of being rebellious I mean, in the or a um disruptor in the best sense of the word, in the most positive sense of the word, because the second you start to break those patterns and programming, the ripple effect is phenomenal. I mean, it changes your family um without you even ever talking to your family, you know what I mean? In other words, you don't have to tell like you might not be explaining to your to your own parent the kind of growth or whatever, but you see them changing. you see both generations, the younger, you know, maybe your kids, your your parents, um your friends, it it has this incredible ripple effect without you even having to to do anything in terms of putting effort into describing what's going on.
Given the, you know, you said you've been working with people for over 20 years and and helping them, what is the process that you that you work people with? like what what is the process that you that you do? I'm very curious about that.
Yeah. Well, I teach a whole bunch of different levels of courses. Um, so I teach I give people intuitive tools.
That's like a four or six week class that's giving them the basics to kind of create a healing habitat for themselves.
You know, it's giving them the basics to be grounded in their body and start to tap into their intuition and to recognize, is this my energy? Is this not my energy? How do I release this that I've been carrying from work? Or how do I make the transition between work and home more easily? You know, how do I um differentiate between my intellect and my intuition? So to me, that's like a basic foundational class series that sets you up for being able to then dive deeper because we have to feel safe in our bodies to really do the work. We have to feel that it's safe and we have to create that experientially for ourselves so that we know it. We can't just I can't just tell somebody, hey, do this and this and this, okay, and they're like, oh, okay, great. You know, it's really they have to guide them. I'm guiding them or I'm shining a light or I'm I'm making some I'm guiding them through creative visualization really and they're creating that space for themselves to be able to dive deeper so that it's safe for them and so that they are then embodying their own experience at the level that they're ready for and in the way that they would like. And then from there I teach like two-year courses which is like um intuitive mastery courses where it's it's like a much deeper dive. I mean I've had students that have taken classes for like 16 years or you know things like that. I because beyond that I teach like advanced classes and so um so it's whatever people want. Some some people just come and they take the four to six week class. They're like I'm good. That was just what I needed. Thank you. you know, and then other people go, "Oo, wow, that was great. I'm really excited to learn more." Um, so it's really like a step-by-step process because the thing is it's it's kind of like um what um you know, when we're we're detoxing or something like that, um where, you know, if somebody's doing a like a detox, you want to do it gently and slowly. You don't want to be like, okay, I'm want to get totally healthy in 30 days, you know, and so really it's like a gentle stepbystep process. Um, otherwise it's too much. You have to step into growth, I think, in a way that's really that's that's fun. I mean, I like to set the space for it to be from laughter and lightness because we can't go deep if it's heavy already. We have to get ourselves into a space of lightness to have the freedom and the vibrational frequency to then have it be safe to go deeper because especially because we live in a world where there's so much fear. People are coming in with all these fears that they they don't even know. It's just showing up as worry and stress and anxiety and all these things, but it's really just the fear they're carrying around that they've been picking up because they're so intuitive and they don't even know how intuitive they are. Cuz everybody's incredibly intuitive. And anybody that takes my classes, of course, they're going to be super intuitive. They're going to be a healer just like you are. You're intuitive. You're a healer.
You're out in the world creating positive ripples and helping people. And so that's those are who my people are.
The people that are out helping other people.
Yeah. The you said something there that kind of twigged a thought is that the an the angst and anxiety that that most feel is a result of what others are feeling. And so like where do you where do you how do you how could someone have this kind of stress and anxiety in their life and know if it's theirs versus somebody else's? Do you know what I mean? And if it is theirs, it's not really and I know it's not really theirs, but it how do you how do you how can they differentiate between just because there is a lot of fear and anxiety and stress in the world and I pick up on it.
Yeah. and and um and but to see someone and they're in the stress and anxiety, but how can they discern whether or not it they're they're intuitive picking it up from somebody else or if it's coming from inside them which isn't really them. It's still an attachment to them because I don't believe that we are fear and and anxiety, right? It's it's it's still but it's another layer of attached stress and anxiety that's either directly hit from my lifetimes or my past lifetimes and versus what I'm picking up from other people. How can you how can you tell the difference? And then after that, what the hell did you do with it? Yeah, I mean I have my students do um get into, you know, a once again they they set their energy.
They're grounded. They're basically really connected into their awareness and their the analyzing part of themselves a little turned down and then they start to read energy. Everybody can read energy. Um, and it's really easy to teach people. I teach people to read energy so that they're just simply looking and with their awareness. They don't, you know, they're they're using their awareness and they're able to look and read and discern. It's and it's much easier to do this than you think. Like even in just my foundational class, people learn how to do this where you're looking, you're going, is this my energy? Is this not my energy? It's vibrational frequency. Everything is energy as Einstein said and everything is vibrational frequency. And so you're just looking and you know you might you can even look at it if you put out a bubble and another bubble and look at two different kinds of energy intuitively and you just start to notice what the quality and read what the quality of that energy is because we're reading all the time, right? Some people are really good at reading the room, you know, and so and and also I love I mean I absolutely love your question anyway because you're saying you know what's within us and of course we have our past experiences. So we have our past experiences um which is a whole history of past experience. The intellect is holding those past experience. The body is holding those past experiences. And then we are super intuitive and super sensitive and some people way more sensitive than others. And then we bump into some energy and essentially we sort of bump into it with our awareness. And then there's the the old energy in us, some kind of old fear, anxiety that we've been carrying around, let's say since like third grade or sixth grade or whatever it is. then matches up in some way with that energy. We just saw we just watched something terrible on the news or we just had a conversation with somebody who was really stressed and anxious that we were helping and you know just we're having coffee together or whatever and we bump up against that.
There's a match. There's an energy match actually that happens and what something funny happens when we match energy. We either resist it and this is all conscious and unconscious usually unconscious but we either resist it where essentially a part of us goes ew or we override it you know um we just completely override it la that's not even happening I don't know anything about that or um we become it and suddenly we're like oh you feel bad oh so do I feel really bad too and then it's like you know a lifeguard trying to save somebody and but if you don't know how to do it right you're both sinking right so um or there's another ideal option which is less common which is we have a sense of recognition that we just matched that energy and that something in us matched that even if we don't know what it is and then we decide to just actively using our imagination which is a healing habitat. Our imaginations, our creativity are really, you know, incredible. That's where healing begins.
But so if we can if we just start to imagine, oh, I'm going to release whatever that is that match that that picture that I'm holding in my mind that mental image picture from that past experience that somewhere in my my mind space and where it just bumped up against somebody else's and it created this match and then I resisted it or I overrode it or I became it. But instead, I think I'm going to practice just being more neutral and releasing that energy.
And I teach people how to release energy, but it's it's once again, it's experiential, but um but we can do it very easily because then all of that that whole process essentially is innate to us.
It's just that we're not taught any of it. I mean, from from day one, we're not we're not um validated for being intuitive like, "Oh, you're so intuitive, you know? We don't we don't hear that.
We just go, "Oh, you're such a good student. You get straight A's," you know. So, yeah.
Okay. So, so you just so when we So, if I pick up on an energy, it's a negative energy from somebody, then I go instantly can can I then say, "Oh, it's some it if I picked up on the energy, do I know that it therefore there's some part of me that's picked up on that energy?" Joe, what I'm trying to say is if someone comes into the room and has this negative energy, Yeah.
And I pick up on it and go, "Whoa." Like that. Some people walk in the room and like, "Whoa, there's some darkness over there." Like, it's major dark. Like, I feel like just this this demon just walked by me. Is that a trigger telling me that there's still there's an like the energy matched? That's why I picked up on it. Or can you still pick up on the negative energy and it's got nothing to do with me, someone else completely?
Or if I pick up on that energy, does that mean there's some part of it still carrying in me? Do you know what I'm trying to say? Like I'm I'm looking for the divining rod here to go. If you pick up on the energy, does that mean it's in me? And if I do, do I do number four?
I'll take door number four, please. I'll do door number four, not the first three now because I'm consciously aware of it. Yeah.
But is that am I am I correct on that assumption or is it is it is it a little too simplistic? Well, in the biggest broadest sense, since we are all one, we really I mean we really are all one in the sense that we do have something within us that matches everyone else, but we have but also there's people walking around in a big dark cloud and in an angry space and all that and it's really important that we don't resist that energy. So, it's really helpful if we know how to give space on an energy level. Not somebody could be crammed right up next to us on an airplane. H can we give space and come to a point of there's that person they have that energy that's going on? Oh, maybe I can release a little bit of whatever in me is just resisting that or doesn't like that. Maybe that makes me just feel unsafe. And so that's that's why I'm resisting. Or maybe I'm overriding because it makes me feel unsafe, you know, or maybe that reminds me of my teacher when I was in second grade. Oh, wow. Look at that. You know, so there's the match. So it could be that somebody's in a really angry, weird pace. And it's not that we're carrying within ourselves something terrible.
It's just, oh wow, we're carrying actually that memory in picture form somewhere in our space that's left over from grade school, you know, from that second grade teacher, from that experience. And so that's the match. And then we release that and all of a sudden that person doesn't actually affect us because where we take on energy like where we we create a window unconsciously within ourselves when we're we're unaware we we take on energy through whenever we match. But if we if we are just practicing neutrality which is just a life practice. It's not like everybody's like, "Oh, okay. Now it's, you know, total neutrality." It's a practice. It's a practice. And where it just gets easier and easier to be around people or to handle difficult energy that's around you, you're able to find more neutrality and give more space so that that person can be where they are. You're not becoming sort of energetically entangled with them. even if you're helping them, you might be having a conversation with them or, you know, working with them, whatever, that kind of thing. Um, but you're able to have more autonomy, more autonomy over your space. Um, rather than just, okay, ending up absorbing it like a like a, you know, snowball rolling down a hill, so to speak.
Okay. So, so maybe I'm going to get a little bit more honed in here. So, I get a negative energy comes in and hits me and I'm like I could either resist it like forget it, don't want it. There's the resistance which then just makes it even that's just creates more tension and and the resistance will just make it worse.
I can just oh denial is not just a river in Egypt. I'm just going to just pretend it's not there. Right. which then is another form of resistance, right? Which is just right. Then there's the becoming it.
Becoming it, which means that there's still something inside of me that is energetically matching. So maybe that third one is the one where there's an energetic match to me. So it's not necessarily that those first two are energetic matches that's still inside me. It's maybe it's just coming up and I'm like, I don't like that feeling, right?
It's just the third one where I actually become it that it is still inside me.
And you're saying you can you can you can sense whether it's one, two, or three, right? Well, really it's one is am I matching that energy or do I just not like it and am I taking one of these two routes? The masking or the the resistance or the denial. And then I have this option over here how to deal with those first three. I could deal with any one of those three by using the fourth which is okay allow it have the space allow them to be the way they are but at the same time not allow it to be the quantum entanglement like my to become quantumly entangled with the person. And I find that some people have an incredible power over entangling with you. It's almost like they're they're forcing themselves to with you and it's like they're just egging and poking and egging and just what energetically like we know there's physical people that poke an egg and try and get at you. That's in the physical manifestation, but I feel it energetically people are just they're trying to tangle with you so much and I'm just like, "Yeah, no thanks." Like that's when I just gonna energetically go, "No, no thanks. Not going to play."
Right. Yeah. Exactly. I mean, then it works.
Yeah. I mean some people don't h some people have a um natural innate like they don't necessarily know this but they innately are good at giving space actually and so when you're around them you have a you you feel like you have your space and that is a nice space for communication because then you feel like you have your space they're giving you space they're giving themselves space and it's like oh wow we can converse on a lot of different levels here I can be myself um Because obviously one of the big things about being human in the world is when can I be myself and when can I not be myself? When can I be like can I be 50% myself, 100% myself, what level can I be myself around this person? And um and so basically yeah that's um it's and then there's people that don't give you space. They just nobody gave them space when they're growing up. So they sort of learned that energy and so they don't give you space and it can be it can shut down communication. It can shut down a conversation. It can make you just feel kind of like oh I just have to I can't even you know stay in my body.
This person is you know and a very controlling person certainly goes right into your space. They don't know that they're doing it or somebody that wants to sell you something. you know, you go to buy a car or something and you're like, "Whoa, why did I just buy a Honda?
I meant to buy a Toyota or whatever, you know, but um but yes, so you'll notice and you when you start to notice it and just bring your awareness like who who gives me space in my life and who do I give space and how can I give space to this to this person, give more space to them and give myself space?" There's no um it goes both ways. It's like I could just as much say I'm going to give myself space around this annoying person or difficult person, right? And I could say I'm giving them space. But it's really one and the same. Um it's having your space. And it really when you don't have your space, it's easy like if you're around somebody that is not giving you your space for some reason, whatever that is, you might forget something really simple that you know like what is my social secure? What I know my social security number I can't believe I can't what are the last four digits of my cell phone number? I can't even think of that. You know, or who you know what happened in whatever in history. let's say you know a lot of stuff about history. Uh it's it's really interesting to observe what happens when somebody goes into your space. And so it's really um that's actually one of the things that I teach when I teach people is to have their own space and then that's part of creating you know essentially your healing habitat or your intuitive your habitat to be intuitive which is really all what your habitat to be more of yourself. It's just to bring more of yourself to show up in full form, which is way more fun. If you're going to be here in this difficult earth, we might as well be ourselves as much as we can.
Well, be Yeah. Is it be ourselves or be the person we were we decided we wanted to come here to be? Yeah.
You know what I mean? because there's because there's that that that that and and this is where I think and and I just saw your book uh and the the the purpose of the book being very much in align with the Viking Academy which is for me it's about living life with passion and purpose and I find that that only comes when I have been actively exploring the self self-discovery not in a selfish way but figuring out well who is this guy what is it what am I here to do and the through line through It is the more I discover where the joy is for Eric and the more I can ex express that joy through the different channels which is feeling like being me. The more I can be me, that's where the fun is. That's where the excitement is and that's where the freedom is. That's where all of a sudden the weight comes off my shoulders and all of a sudden it's like it's not it's not difficult anymore. It's engaging. It's fun. It's it's enlightening, right? And so it's allowing us to discover who we're here to be, even though that person that you're being is just an aspect of who we truly are. Like who we truly are isn't these meat sacks that we're carrying around, right? Like I just can't I can't get my head wrapped around the fact that we're just here playing a game of cat and mouse. Like we're just here playing like we're just here having amnesia. Right. Right?
But the more you get, the closer you get to expressing who you were here to become and be, the more joy you feel and the more closer you come to the ultimate source, the oneness, because now you're in alignment with say God's God's will.
Like the concept in the AA program is aligning yourself with God's will. Soon as I align myself with who Eric is was meant here to be, then I'm start now.
I'm now I'm cooking with butter, right?
I'm flying. Things are fun. things are easy.
The stuff that I'm doing is joyful and and it's it's but it's not who I am at the core core if that if if I'm making myself clear. Do you know what I mean?
But I'm getting closer to it by expressing who I'm here to be.
Yeah. Exactly. I mean that because and in our lives, we'll notice sometimes, wow, we're trying to do something. It's just so much effort. And then when we start to tap into our creativity and our intuition then and and we start to move into a flow, uh we start to more easily connect with what is my purpose? Um and so you know I do think that our intuition is there to guide us toward our purpose. It's always trying to guide us toward our purpose.
Our purposes, you know, not just one purpose and different parts of your life, different purposes at different times, but it's our intuition is always it's there like a, you know, like a GPS to sort of guide us and keep us aligned with our purpose. But so often we're cut off from our intuition. we're cut off from having that um really clear clear guidance. And so we're like what what is my purpose? Um and I and I think the more you follow your purpose, the more creativity also comes with that. How do I follow my purpose? Let's tap into creativity to see how to make this work because it's going to require some creativity sometimes to follow your purpose because it may be it's you know it's outside the box so to speak and and therefore it's going to require higher levels of creativity, creative thinking, creative problem solving, creativity applied to anything. We're creative beings and and so yes, I think that it's a lot of of joy comes out of that connection with purpose and you know when you're in the flow even though it may take a lot of work to get there. I mean following our purpose can be you know very much um we have to put in the work but there's a feeling with it.
There's a the joy, you know, that's what I meant. Like there's a like there's an understanding and knowing.
Yeah. I I was just finishing up uh a book. It's uh called uh money, the history of man, the history of mankind or humankind. It's a history of humankind. Um and he made a note at the end of it and it's more he's an economics guy and he's explaining what money is, a social contract between people. But there was one line that he had at the end and I just it nailed it just resonated so well for me said he he said it we have this vision that entrepreneurs and artists are totally two different people like the artist is the creative expressionist and there's you know living life and they're living in poverty and all the rest of and the and the entrepreneur is the rigid right right-wing numbers blah blah blah blah blah and it was like no he goes no no no the true entrepreneur and the artist are the same person. They're creating newness and the the entrepreneurial spirit of creating something new out of bringing something from a lower level of productivity to a higher level of productivity or seeing a new opportunity and creating some new value in the world is an act of creation. It's creative and then it's a creative expression. And I just I really resonated with that because I've I've I'm a charter I'm a chartered accountant or CPA. I still have my designation and I play in an 80s 80s heavy metal band.
Like how can I'm like how could I could never reconcile those two. I said how the hell did that happen?
And I went and soon as I saw that one line it was like no it's all one creative expression. And so this is where like the title of your book I love it so much like when you tap into the intuition and creativity you realize your entire life is a expression of creativity. It's been It's been there for you the whole time.
It's just It reminds me of the two-year-old having the temper tantrum, though. Whenever I'm not really stepping into my creativity and the joy in the play is when I throw a temper tantrum. I'm still a two-year-old. Like, I can still throw my temper tantrums. You just watch. Ask my wife. Holy hell. like if I'm not getting what I want out of my business or music or whatever whatever I'm endeavoring, it's just like, yeah, I I can act like a two-year-old again, right? But it's that it's knowing that that feeling that there is something else that we should be, not should, but want to be doing and giving ourselves permission to do it are two totally different things, right? because it's like and I'm finding this more and more this message coming across going follow that intuition follow that it's there for you it's telling you what to look for right and you know in the in the age of AI it's like oh AI is going to take care take care of everything I'm like no it's not it doesn't have intuition it doesn't have common sense it doesn't have emotion it doesn't have human I mean AI is trying to catch up to humans right we're trying to catch up to us so I'm But here's the other thing. I think every individual person too is here for their own individual expressive creative purpose. Like everyone has their own individual purpose. So it's not like we're all going to go over here and all going to go and live in a yurt and sing kumbaya together now. It's like no it's it's there's finding what it is in you that is your in that spark that excitement that thing that actually drives you right like something drove what drove you to write your book what what was it what was well I mean I wrote the book because I'd been teaching for so long and I've always loved writing so for me so Everyone has a form of creativity or multiple forms of creativity and they're unique. I mean, they're different for everyone, right? Some people it's sailing, some people it's playing in a rock band, some people it's writing or singing or gardening or whatever it might be. Um, but for me, I always loved creative writing and I always thought of myself as a creative person and I never really thought of myself as a spiritual person kind of thing and then I ended up by accident becoming a teacher and everything. It wasn't really an accident, but you know, it wasn't my plan, right? But it's what I love. And so I put together my creativity, my love of writing with what I had been teaching. And I thought, well, if I put this in a book, this foundational kind of series in essence, you know, put it into a book form, then I could get it into more people's hands. And wouldn't it be great to be able to help more people? So that's why I did it. And I love writing. So, it's like that whenever we find something that we love to do, like my daughter's loving ceramics right now at school and she's really into her academics, but then she's just as creative, you know, like she's doing all kinds of cool creative things. So, whatever it is, it's like that act of creativity generates the enthusiasm. It expands us. It literally brings I don't know what but it's just very enlivening and so it it it's like it feeds us or replenishes us or it helps us to sort of tap into all our senses and and really show us maybe all the the dynamic aspects of ourselves.
Whatever it is, the creativity really then can then it it springboards the other things. And so if we don't have any form of creativity and we're just trying to do the one thing, it can be like, oh, okay, time to make the donuts, you know, that Dunkin' Donuts ad where it can start to just feel like I got to do this. And and sometimes I actually like if I'm just doing too much admin for you know because obviously somebody like me has to do I have to do all kinds of emails and do this and that you know all this kind of stuff. And then if I go oh wait a second I need to just sit down and do some writing like I just wrote a fun you know thing for my newsletter or whatever and I was like oh I really enjoyed doing that. That charged me up.
It energized me. So, I think we need that. And I they did a they even did a um study. It was either Pulitzer Prize winners, I think it was Nobel um prize winners or something. It was one of those two groups where they studied them and they what they found in common with all of them is all of them had some very um like a very deep relationship with some form of creativity. So, these are people that were like, let's say, super science-based and or super high intellect, but they were also singing and they were, you know, doing all this creative stuff. And so, they realized, oh, isn't that interesting? people who rose to those kind of high levels getting those awards, they really actually have this they're tapped into something whether they even think of it as anything or not or they may maybe they do know but there's really something something very important about that.
Yeah, I think for me thinking about my entire life as a creative act has fed me a lot more energy than I've ever expected.
Like it's all creative. It's all a creative act.
Um that's not to say that all the things I do don't give like some things I just I don't want to do. I just Oh, right.
Emails. You just talked about emails.
Holy hell. No. I finally got rid of emails. got my my my EA is taking my exist my assistant is taking care of my emails. Oh my gosh, it feels amazing.
It's amazing. I've got more energy now.
Um but seeing my entire life as a creative act, as being part of creativity that just like that's fun.
That's so fun. Like you get to paint all day. Like if you're a painter, you get to paint all day. If you're a musician, you get to sing all day. But your entire life is an act of creation.
Yeah.
Yeah. It really is. And it's it's once we start to look at it that way, I I really think something shifts. Likewise, we can we can put our creativity into worrying, which is not healthy for us.
So, we're so creative and our creativity is power. It's very powerful. You know, it's you might say it's our creative power. It's very because it is very powerful in a good in the good sense of the word. And but like with anything, we could turn that if if we're not being creative in a healthy way like playing in a band or gardening or writing or singing, whatever that might be. Um sewing, there's just a million forms, right? if we're not putting it into good um beneficial for us beneficial uh avenues um and we're kind of just we have a lot of energy we might start worrying about things that we don't even need to worry about stressing about things that we don't even need to worry about or focused on nitpicking with something that we don't need to actually put our creative energy into that because I noticed certainly for myself that if I that's that's actually a sign that I know I need to dive into some creativity. If my mind just starts to go on all these other little de I'm going to worry about this and I'm going to do too much. I'm going to overthink this and I'm going to, you know, try to like dive in and fix something with somebody that, you know, they don't even want to be fixed. They don't want to be helped.
When I start to if my mind goes into those familiar modes, it's like if I just step into some creativity, I just relax. It's I move into that receptive state that is intuitive, right? The intuitive space is receptivity and the creative space is receptivity. We move in and we are receiving and that feels really good. That's a very nice space and healthy space to be in where we find more balance because we grow up in a world where it's do do and you know it's do or die and it's you know it's just we have all these messages um and but I think that's one of the reasons why we love the when we move into a healthy creative space it feels good because it's it's it's actually a space it it is giving ourselves um space and receiving ideas for whatever you know receiving ideas receiving um new ways of doing things whatever that might be the one of the things I talk about a lot in one of the coaching companies that I'm in uh strategic coach talk to entrepreneurs and always say with entrepreneurs I said what happens when your business is running smoothly and everything's going great and they start looking around a little nervously and I said you do something to blow it up don't you' And they're like, "Yeah." And I was like, "Like like," do you ever get it to the point where your team actually says, "Eric, could you just please not come in today?" And I'm like, "What?" Because we get more done when you're not here. Like, like literally because because you get it's almost like we're such creative creatures that if we are not creating something and it gets bor, we get bored. Boredom is dangerous for an entrepreneur. So dangerous for an entrepreneur.
Yes. It's like they get bored, they go create some turmoil or some catastrophic event so that they can actually make a creative solution towards it. Right?
Like that's exactly it.
Like we just we we're and like this I'm going to come back to this book that I just read too. This the money the history of money. It was like money is made up. People don't realize this is money is made up. It's imaginary. Like we've made it up. And the whole monetary system becomes more and more imaginary the farther it goes.
Like it actually had a little bit of solidness when we were bargaining with each other. Here, you take my cow and I'll give you 40 chickens. Okay, great.
Great. Trade done. Like that was like really there money. Here's a piece of paper. Like that's made up. So we can we can focus our creative and that's when humanity really exploded is when we started to collaborate with our creativity and our imaginations. We started to create some amazing things and it just keeps going. So we have this incredible superpower that is like it's our superpower that can be our kryptonite. And I like how you pointed that out as saying my creativity that creates this amazing thing. a superpower can also create this negative thing being the kryptonite being my creativity will start thinking about well what if this what if that what if the other thing what if the next thing right and and I think also it's just it's a matter of programming that we've obviously naturally tuned to look for the thing that's going to kill us right because we've been we've been on the planet for seven million years humanish forms for seven million years you've got seven million years of don't get eaten and And the next thing is what can I eat? Right. So those the two things you're looking for. Is it going to kill me or can I eat it? Right. Right. Right.
And and so you've got all this this this programming that's happened in the human form. And then we have these spiritual we have spiritual beings diving back in to play around in this this meat sack that's been freaking out about getting eaten for the last seven million years.
You know what I mean? like it's gonna cause a little bit of a problem.
Yeah. It's quite a dichotomy, right? Yeah.
Back to duality, you know? It's we've got this going on and this going on and how much can we bring it together as a team or are we just, you know, like people have people sometimes they want to show up for a spiritual class and grow, but they go off to gambling in Las Vegas instead. You know what I mean? Is the sec winning? Who's winning?
Yeah. Yeah. Which which part of my Yeah.
Is it Is it the human part winning or is it the soul expression winning? Right. Yeah.
But but so here to to this there's been a question niggling with me the whole way through this going but when you see people that are not ready to or don't want to go that you said they're on the fence and they're okay maybe I will maybe I won't. And when they go and they they go gamble instead or they go do the do anything. What do you think?
What do you think about that?
Well, what are your thoughts?
I mean, that's part of their their learning. We can take detours. We have free will. We have total free will to do whatever we want for better and worse um while we're here. And so sometimes we take a big detour and we that's that's what we choose to do. So we take a big detour and we're going to come back eventually to the growth that we need to have. So some people want to get to the growth faster. Um and other people take more detours. That's what I think. I mean I know it's beneficial when somebody wants to grow and do the work because you can see the benefits it heals their life and but you know on the other hand um we just we all take different routes we all have different paths.
Don't you think part of the fun is doing that though?
Like after for me looking back on it now like I I I mean I'm not telling someone, hey by the way, go do a whole bunch of drugs and alcohol and have an incredible explosion, lose your business and almost your life multiple times and then come back out of it because it's so much fun. It is not fun.
But looking back on it going, it's like I think the way I see it is I see my spirit, my soul wanted to experience that. like where I'm at today. I look back and I go like I see clearly 2020 bit hindsight's 2020. Looking back going, "Oh, okay. That that that that that. Okay, now it makes sense." Yeah.
And I'm going I think I had to go do I had to go do that. I wanted to go do that and experience all that to be who I am now.
Right. Exactly. You experienced, you dove right into the duality, the dichotomy of, you know, and you had this one experience and then you came in to it set you up clearly for to have to to really appreciate and be enthusiastic that you're having now.
And that's my point is like and that also changes the way I look at people that I'm quote unquote trying to help or be a healer, right? being a healer to someone. It's like, right, if the right people are ready, then I'll work with them. If they're not ready, I don't give them the big don't go there, it's dangerous. Like, there's almost no point in doing that because you're just Why are you trying to save someone from something that their soul wants to go with experience when it's one big spiritual playground anyways? Do you know what I mean? When you really see that I'm not going to hurt someone purposefully because I can't do that anymore because I don't want to. But also stopping someone from going to do that almost seems like a hindrance to their soul expression as well. Do you know what I mean?
I do agree because you somebody needs to come to you willingly. What to and and enthusiastically.
I mean that is the only way that somebody's going to it doesn't make sense for some if somebody's coming to you but they're in resistance. they're like, "Ah, I'm sort of here. I'm half here to get your help." Then it's going to be really hard to help them. I mean, they have to come and be they're making a commitment to themselves, to their own growth, and they have to be in a space of willingness. And so those people know, I mean, those people who come willingly and enthusiastically and are ready, they're the ones that then really grow.
And if if you try to persuade somebody like, "Oh, you should really take this class because it would be so great for you cuz you know it would be so great for them." But I never try to persuade anybody to do that because then they might be like, "Oh, okay. I'll sign up for the class." And then they're they're just sitting in the class like I'm not going to grow.
Yeah. But that's my point. But this is this is what I'm getting at. I don't know if it's good for them, right?
This is my point. Like how do I know? I don't know what's good for you. They're like, "What?" So, when someone goes, "Well, you know, should I go do drugs and alcohol and go in a rock band or should I go and take this spiritual chorus?" And I go, "I don't know." What does your soul say? What does your soul want?
You could go down this path and you could go and die a painful death or you could have an incredible crash and wake up and then go through an incredible spiritual uplift journey and have even your soul might go that was awesome.
I don't know what your individual soul wants or needs. Do you know what I mean?
Like that's the that's and so once I've reached that what for me once I reach that point all of a sudden it doesn't it it makes it even lighter and easier to be at this frequency that we're talking about because I'm no longer trying to save someone because there's not someone to save. It's right.
I'm here to serve those that are ready to be served. If they're ready at that stage, and if they're not at that stage, that means they needed to go and experience something else. But I don't look down on it from a higher pedestal anymore. It's more of a, oh, they haven't experienced that that junk yet.
Okay, go have fun, right? at not not you know I mean I'm not going to stick needles in their arm but I'm al also not going to sit there and and judge them for doing that because it's like okay well then that's what you're that's what you're going to do you know what I mean like there's a there's an understanding and knowingness around that right I mean when people come to me sometimes for private sessions and they if they there's certain questions that I'm just going to say well you're what does your intuition say because I'm not going to tell you the answer for that. I mean, I the way I was trained is you you don't give advice and you don't tell people what to do and you don't you certainly don't program people on any level with anything. My whole work has been to help people to find their own answers to create that's what I mean and that's what I was saying about creating a healing habitat is it's like if you create a healthy just like a gut your gut biome, right? if you take probiotics or you eat yogurt or whatever it is that creates that healthy literal physical gut biome. Well, it's like I'm here to help people create a healthy um biome if they want to so that they can find their own answers. I'm not here to give people answers. I do not have their answers.
Only they have their answers. But but you have to create a space in which you can access your own answers. Otherwise, it's really hard just walking around in the ungrounded world that's full of fear and you're looking for your own answers that are going to guide you toward your purpose, whatever. It could be really hard to do that on solo, you know, on your own. We are meant to gather together as groups. We are meant to be in communication with each other and grow together. We're not not meant to do this on our own, but um but yeah, so I mean my whole 20 years has been just dedicated to hey, if you would like, I can help you to create the habitat for you, but I you know, I'm not going to tell you what the answers are. That's for sure because it's that's unique for each person on their path.
I'm um I'm very uh I'm looking forward to to reading your book. Where can where can we get it? Where can people find it?
