Mike is currently serving as the Director of Racquet Sports at Exmoor Country Club in Highland Park, IL. From 1998 till March of 2003, Mike was the Director of Racquet Sports at The Saddle & Cycle Club in Chicago, IL. Mike lives in Glenview, IL, with his wife, Jennifer and two sons, Baker and Hank.

In the 2002-2003 platform tennis season, Mike teamed up with Mike Marino to obtain a ranking of 10th in the nation. The team of Rahaley and Marino also captured titles in Milwaukee and the Arapahoe Invitational. Mike has played President’s Cup for Region Five in numerous nationals, including the winning teams in Pittsburgh (1997) and Chicago (1998).

In the fall of 2002, Mike was a guest instructor with Hank Irvine at The RJ Reilly Platform Tennis Camp in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Mike is the Co-Founder of MRM Paddle Academy Dates. MRM Paddle was founded in 2002 with Mike Marino, Director of Racquet Sports, Northshore Country Club and Scott Mansager, Head Paddle Professional, Saddle and Cycle Club.
