This
is a simple drill that works on one's footwork and touch.
This is a great drill before you begin warming up with your
opponents.
You
start the drill by both standing in the middle of each of
the service boxes. One player feeds the other player the ball
and the drill begins. The idea is to aim for let courts. The
first person to successfully get 10 let courts wins the drill.
It improves each players footwork, concentration and touch
and gets each player mentally prepared to do battle.
